Nice room, wonderful staff and easy accessibility to office location and overnight parking at a cost available. Breakfast was good and remodeled fitness center as well.
Got a 2 bedroom suite on second floor. Room 213. We used stairs to go the pool and breakfast. Very convenient. Front office manager Cedric was very professional. Rooms are decent for what we needed. Family of 7 and we had lots of room. Location sucked. No food places or stores nearby. Free breakfast was a plus.
We stayed one night here. The toilet paper was the softest comparing to Embassy Suites and Hotel del Coronado. My two minor complains are: 1) the hotel charged a parking fee and 2) there was only elevator.
Overall, while the initial welcome and breakfast were excellent, the lack of prompt resolution for the heater issue left us disappointed Liked · Initially, the receptionist, a gentleman, gave us a very warm welcome and explained in detail about the facilities and the Thanksgiving special dinner. Both I and my child really appreciated it. The breakfast was also excellent. Disliked · "While checking the room heater to increase the temperature, as my wife was unwell and wanted to avoid the cold, I found that it was not working. I informed the receptionist, and she promptly sent an electrician. After inspecting the heater, he confirmed that the room had a "known heater issue", which had already been reported to the supervisor. He conveyed this to the receptionist (a woman) and left. However, the receptionist did not follow up, suggest changing the room, or provide any alternatives. I felt that, at the very least, they should have apologized, offered a room change, or suggested a solution. Even after I requested a portable heater, they did not arrange one."
We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were very clean, friendly staff and nice breakfast. I would stay here again.
It’s very comfortable here the breakfast is good. parking is well priced. When receiving grocery delivery I was approached by this nice robot Will be returning. Thank you for the great service
World class service from Jonathan. In customer service, We all know there are things that are just out of our control. But we know not to mess with people’s Money, lodging, or health. Although there were limited options for my stay (Booked five days in advance) I was half expecting Hilton to grant me a top floor as it is one of my preferences, as a member. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to fulfill my request thoroughly but being paired up with Jonathan on a scorching hot summer. He did all he could to find a solution and even went out of his way for somebody who barely knew. Great representative for the company. Thanks, Jonathan
Lovely place, higher price. Booked a King. Bed, received a Queen. Same with my Son’s room, they got attitude when they went to the front desk about it, so we didn’t bother. Breakfast was nice enough, towels and bedding clean so over all an acceptable stay. *charging $$ for parking is just gouging, be honest.
